Returns & Exchanges
At The Seat Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
